一、非限定动词表含蓄条件
To chat with him（=If you should chat with him），you would realize he could not hear well.

通常是否定意义的复合介词和介词短语表示含蓄条件。
用with，without，but for，but，in the absence of开头的短语代替if从句表示隐含的虚拟语气。
With more money（=If I had more money）， I could help more people in need.
要是有更多的钱，我可以帮助更多需要帮助的人。
But for the help from the community（=If the community had not helped them）， those women wouldn’t have been able to set up their shop.
